On the morning of November 11, 2019, World Café welcomed its guests from all walks of life. Organized by Shenzhen Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Benchmark Chambers International & Benchmark International Mediation Center (BCI & BIMC), this seminar on Corporate Compliance and International Commercial Dispute Resolution attracted hundreds of legal counsels and lawyers from Shenzhen to brainstorm around the topic.
Gan Jingfeng, Deputy Director of Shenzhen Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Li Zhuoying, BCI & BIMC's president of council, addressed the present guests by giving the opening remarks. Andy See, senior consultant of BCI & BIMC and General Manager of Meilex Co. Ltd.. acted as host.
Li Lianjun, mediator at BCI & BIMC and partner of Reed Smith LLP., presided over the conclusion and exchange session. Guests presented their discussion results and shared their practical experience around the topics.
Toward the end of the event, senior consultant Andy See, on behalf of the organizing units, thanked all the guests for their presence at the seminar, advocated for the World Café method, and suggested further exchanges and conversations through this method.
