On the morning of September 27, the Training Courses on Legal and Societal Problems Related to Artificial Intelligence, sponsored by Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality (Intellectual Property Office) and organized by BCI & BIMC (formerly known as BCI) was successfully held in Shenzhen. Representatives from high-tech enterprises, law firms and research institutions participated in the event, and shared their views on hot topics in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Mr. Yu Yi, Judge of Intellectual Property Tribunal of People's Court of Nanshan District of Shenzhen, and Mr. Cao Jianfeng, Senior Researcher of Legal Research Center of Tencent Research Institute and Future Science and Technology Center, gave keynote speeches. Then, the participants had comprehensive discussion about the unfair competition, the development and limitation of big data algorithm in Artificial Intelligence.
