As an active legal service institution in China, BCI&BIMC has an extensive network of partnerships. So far, it has established cooperative relationships with 32 courts of different levels in China, including the Civil Tribunal IV and the International Commercial Court of the Supreme People's Court, Beijing International Commercial Court, Suzhou International Commercial Court, Shanghai Higher People's Court, Zhejiang Higher People's Court, Hainan Higher People's Court, Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court, and courts at both levels in Shenzhen, as well as 12 arbitration institutions in Beijing, Shenzhen, Xiamen, and other places. It has also established cooperative relationships with the law schools and research institutions of 14 universities, including Peking University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Normal University, and Southwestern University of Political Science and Law. Among its partners are internationally renowned dispute resolution institutions such as the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), the Greek Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (ADR POINT), the Hong Kong eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Center, and the AALCO HK Arbitration Center.
